Key responsibilities of this position include overseeing project financial performance, managing a team of project controllers, and ensuring compliance with corporate rules.

Job Description
  • Establish the project budget based on tender handover information.
  • Support package managers with financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Estimate total forecasts, quantity/costs/revenues/currency, and expected outcomes.
  • Prepare project lookahead forecast, anticipate deviations, support mitigation plans, and assist PCM and project director decisions.
  • Responsible for project performance analysis.
  • Generate monthly internal project management review (PMR).
  • Approve standard commitment control and vendor/subcontractor invoices as per system workflow.
  • Manage a team of up to 10 project controllers.
  • Support VOR & CSA preparation.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure cost accounting reconciliation.
  • Forecast project P&L (Rev/GM by quarter), working closely with packages/PCM and providers for justifications.
  • Manage project financial results (Rev/GM recognition, external accruals, schedule C analysis, backlog).
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L segmentation) – multi-entity projects.
  • Prepare cash flow actuals & forecasts (per entities and currencies).
  • Oversee project hedging operations and guarantee hedge account processes monthly.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements – IFRS15, contract analysis, balance sheet reviews, contract assets.
  • Coordinate with internal controls and external audits.
  • Align with REMS, revenue unification between entities.
  • Support project teams on financial topics.
  • Assist with tax-related topics (WHT, PIT, change in law, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
  • Experience in finance or financial controlling, with ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS (IAS 11, IAS 18, IAS 21, IAS 32, IAS 39).
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
