Asset Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Analyst to support our Latin America team in all aspects of asset management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, tracking, and managing financial and asset management information for the portfolio.
About the Role
The Analyst will work closely with the Latin America team to monitor the business plan and annual budgets for each asset, platform, and entity for the entire Latin America portfolio. This includes analyzing and interpreting financial reports and monthly/quarterly management reports about approved business plans and budgets, issuing recommendations, and creating complex financial models for real estate projects and operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in maximizing returns/value and ensuring compliance with various investment agreements;
- Analyze and interpret financial reports and management reports;
- Create, maintain, and update financial models;
- Represent the company at management meetings and maintain excellent business relations;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, economics, accounting, engineering, or real estate;
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, or C.App.) is an asset;
- One to three years of related experience;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese;
- Strong analytical and information processing skills;
- Solid skills with Excel and PowerPoint;
Working Conditions
This position requires occasional travel. You must be available to work from Sao Paulo, Brazil or Montreal, Canada.
