Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations.

  • Establish and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize software packages and databases to prepare reports, presentations, and analysis.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Customs Broker License preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customs brokerage; proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
  • Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
