Advanced Customs Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Advanced Customs Specialist. This role requires a strong understanding of customs regulations, laws and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and submission of customs entries in accordance with government regulations.
  • Coordination with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers to ensure timely delivery of freight.
  • Resolution of finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues.
  • Scanning of entries into the imaging system meeting time requirements.
  • Preparation of reports and analysis using various software packages and databases.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in customs brokerage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customs Broker License - preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
