Strategic Operations Controller

The Corporate and Investment Banking Product Control Governance team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their Booking Model Controller Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new booking model tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and determine necessary functionalities for booking model reporting.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new functionalities and contribute to the development and governance of booking model processes.
  • Provide production support to users, addressing any issues or queries promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Control, Business Management, or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Deep understanding of balance sheet, P&L, risk, and accounting concepts.
  • Familiarity with financial products, including derivatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
