Job Overview

A Technical Account Manager is a vital role that requires effective communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills. They will work directly with clients to understand their needs, match them with the right talent from our network, and provide ongoing support. This position is remote and requires the ability to handle a wide variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and match them with the best talent for the job.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure a positive experience throughout the engagement by maintaining open lines of communication and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Develop engaging job descriptions to attract top talent by leveraging knowledge of software development projects and recruiting strategies.
  • Familiarize yourself with our platform, tools, and processes to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Shadow matching calls and gain insight into the matching process to refine your skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
Long-Term Goals
  • Become a subject matter expert on Development Matching by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to improving operations and establishing infrastructure for scale by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
  • Participate in onboarding newcomers and sharing best practices to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on software development or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development projects or recruiting for Developers, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a wide variety of challenges, with a flexible and results-driven approach.
