Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Oracle Field Services Implementation and Functional Knowledge in EBS R12 ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS functionalities to meet business requirements
  • Deliver functional expertise in Oracle EBS Services modules including Order Management, Field Services, Install Base, and Service Contracts
  • Collaborate with users to identify gaps, capture, and map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionality, and development of solutions
  • Provide training to client teams on how to use Oracle custom/standard services solutions effectively

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong knowledge on Brazil localization rules and regulations, proficiency in Oracle Install Base and Customer Master modules, and familiarity with Oracle Service Contracts and AR Invoice Integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge on Oracle Field Service Requests (CS), tasks, JTF resources, and debrief process (CSF)
  • Proficiency in Oracle Install Base (CSI) and Customer Master modules
  • Familiarity with Oracle Service Contracts (OKC) and AR Invoice Integration
