Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS specialist to implement and support Oracle EBS services modules, including Order Management, Field Services, Install Base, and Service Contracts.

About the Role:

  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS functionalities to meet business requirements
  • Deliver hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS Services modules
  • Collaborate with users to identify gaps, capture, and map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionality
  • Lead configuration and business process walk through with clients
  • Perform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Provide updates and status reports to Project Managers around progress and any issues or blockers

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience in Oracle Field Services Implementation
  • Familiarity with Oracle Service Contracts (OKC) and AR invoice integration
  • Strong knowledge on Oracle field service requests (CS), tasks, JTF resources and debrief process (CSF)
  • Proficiency in Oracle install base (CSI) and customer master modules
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support off-site teams
  • Communication, Stakeholder management, Escalation management, People Management, Planning and estimations
