Job Purpose & Summary:

To develop and implement marketing strategies for the entire Latin-American region, focusing on Ostomy Care and Continence Care. Ensure alignment with overall mission, vision, and objectives. Define strategic messages and concepts for sales force and market, tailoring them to regional and country-specific needs. Lead marketing team, providing direction and focus on market demands in each region/country, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategy. Emphasize digital marketing, customer insights, partnership development, innovation to drive growth and maintain competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, direct, control marketing policies, programs, activities to meet business objectives, comply with regulations standards, protect organization's reputation.
  • Monitor, analyze, evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy plans to meet changing markets competitive conditions.
  • Liaise with senior executives across organization to ensure marketing strategies activities integrated other parts business align overall regional level objectives.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, develop team of marketers achieve established sales profit goals.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO SEM social media content marketing, enhance online presence engagement across Latin America.
  • Customer Insights Feedback: Implement mechanisms programs gather analyze customer feedback insights, ensuring marketing strategies customer-centric address evolving needs market.
  • Market Growth: Stay abreast industry trends innovations integrate new marketing technologies approaches maintain competitive edge drive market growth.
