Strategic Capital Projects Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Project Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating and consulting on capital projects for major energy players. This individual will be responsible for leading evaluations and providing expert advice to help clients optimize their project outcomes.
This role requires an exceptional analyst with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to collect and analyze technical, cost, schedule, and project management data. They will also deliver presentations, conduct research, and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Interfacing directly with clients to collect project data and identify areas of risk
- Applying statistical analysis to quantify findings and provide actionable insights
- Developing and delivering reports that offer recommendations for clients
- Delivering verbal feedback and presentations to technical and business audiences
- Collaborating with capital project teams to enhance business competitiveness
- Conducting research on drivers of project success and failure using proprietary databases and statistics
- Excellent Portuguese and English language skills; fluency in Spanish is advantageous
- Solid analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships at senior levels
- Ability to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and organizational leadership
- Excellent listening, presentation, and report writing skills
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
- Flexibility in taking on diverse assignments
