Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our finance team. In this dynamic role, you will support key business processes including procurement management, treasury activities, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from identifying needs to supplier sourcing, contract management, purchase order processing, and invoice reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate procurement and vendor records, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and update cash flow forecasts, monitor daily liquidity, and support payment execution
  • Maintain relationships with banks and assist in optimizing treasury operations and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with the accounting team and contribute to accurate and timely financial operations and decision-making
  • Analyze financial and operational data to develop management reports and support strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, procurement, or treasury
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel and proficiency in financial software
  • Efficient time management and organizational abilities
  • Advanced numerical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
