Lead Creative Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Creative Visionary to oversee the creative process and manage digital advertising campaigns that drive lead volume and value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain high-quality digital content across various platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategy and content across the business.
  • Manage freelance designers, copywriters, and videographers responsible for delivering on brief, on brand, on time, and on budget.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising production, preferably for B2B companies.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading creative production teams.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.

Desirable qualifications include Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional certification, previous agency experience, and a proven ability to develop and test multiple creative assets for diverse audiences.
