Job Title:

Rides and Community Co-ordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our Rides and Community program in the LATAM region. This role will focus on creating and executing memorable riding experiences for Royal Enfield enthusiasts, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, event planning, and community engagement. Fluency in English is required, with Portuguese and Spanish being desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the Rides program in Brazil and LATAM
  • Conceptualizing and designing new rides and events for "ride out" and "ride more"
  • Managing the Royal Enfield Riders Club (RCE) and Royal Enfield Rentals and Tours (TER) programs at a LATAM Region level
  • Coaching and mentoring staff in markets and sharing best practices
  • Working closely with Central Teams to provide and maintain listings of all LATAM+Brazil partners on the TER Global Website

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Event planning & execution experience
  • Communication skills - Fluent in English, Portuguese is essential, Spanish is also desirable
  • Community Management
  • Understanding the motorcycle world
  • You must hold a Motorcycle license (experienced rider - with 5 years experience)
  • You must be willing to travel
