Procurement Leadership Role

The role of a procurement leader is crucial in driving business success through effective management of resources and relationships.

This position will be responsible for establishing and executing a regional multi-year procurement vision that aligns with the globally defined strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic procurement plan that optimizes resource allocation and minimizes costs.
  • Collaborate with procurement category management and group sites to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage the procurement network, prioritize actions, and allocate resources to achieve key objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the global organization to inform mid-term strategy development.
  • Represent the procurement team in projects and business reviews as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
  • Master's Degree/MBA desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in procurement.
  • Fluent in English, advanced in Spanish.
  • Vision, collaboration, and team working skills required.
