Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. As a highly skilled expert, you will design and implement cutting-edge applications that enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new PowerApps, including model-driven and canvas-driven apps, as well as enhance existing apps.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing user-friendly workflows and processes while considering licensing and data transfer costs.
  • Offer support and guidance to users on Power Platform features and functionalities.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Assist in promoting the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform.
  • Design, develop, and customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
  • Construct apps that leverage SharePoint lists and integration, demonstrating experience in making these connections and knowing when and how to architect this type of integration.
  • Develop Azure Logic Apps and functions, as well as work on Power BI development.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Possess the ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated project experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate / Flow, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in .Net development, including C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Office 365 development, utilizing PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Intune, and Azure AD.
  • Ability to create business processes and custom connectors using Microsoft Flow.
  • A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint (2010/2013/2016/2019/Online), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Intune, Azure, and PowerShell.
