Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreign Trade Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing foreign trade documentation, verifying importation processes, and coordinating logistics services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, fluent English communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. They will also possess a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foreign Trade Documentation: Control all foreign trade documentation for vehicle importation, ensuring accurate tax payment and compliance with regulations.
  • Importation Processes: Verify atypical importation processes and support trading companies to optimize logistics and ensure timely execution.
  • National Logistics: Manage national logistics, including importer logistics branch/warehouse operations and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) processes for vehicles.
  • Sales Invoices: Process sales invoices from trading companies, issue vehicle invoices to dealers, and monitor logistics service providers to optimize processes.
  • SAP Support: Provide SAP support to dealers and assist with regulatory matters related to the automotive sector.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate service provision from trading companies, overseeing payments, logistics service providers, and KPIs to ensure quality and integrity of services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in foreign trade and regulatory affairs, with prior experience in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, fluent English communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.

This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication to ensure smooth importation processes and compliance with regulations.
