Global Trade Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Trade Specialist to oversee and optimize our international trade operations.

  • Coordinate global supply chain management for both intercompany and third-party transactions, including temporary admissions, new product launches, reverse logistics, and special shipments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as brokers, freight forwarders, transport companies, and bonded warehouses to mitigate risks and resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with trade regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing import and export activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Streamlining logistics processes to support business growth and profitability.
  3. Reviewing and approving trade-related financial transactions.
  4. Supporting trade and financial audits as required.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in foreign trade and logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations governing import and export activities.
Skills and Competencies

You will need:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate).
