  • The Logistics Coordinator will receive and process shipment requests, assigning transport orders to vendors as needed.
  • This position requires proactive communication with customers regarding shipment status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any operational issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate logistics operations to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
  2. Manage shipment requests, assign transport orders, and maintain communication with customers.
  3. Monitor and address operational issues, implementing solutions to improve logistics performance.
  4. Maintain accurate records of shipments and invoices, verifying data for compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, shipment coordination, and customer service.
  • Excellent English language skills (advantage), fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with logistics systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
