Global Trade Coordinator

The role of a global trade coordinator is to manage the flow of goods and services across international borders. This involves processing and handling import shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and process customs entries, commercial invoices, and other necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the import process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as staying up-to-date on changing regulations and industry developments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
