Key Responsibilities:

  • - Build and maintain relationships with programs teams across the global network, sensing the needs of the network to understand regional program priorities and necessary support">
  • - Organize and facilitate cross-network forums, bringing fresh ideas to local and global programs through creating innovative environments">
  • - Identify areas for collaboration, centralization, and standardization for programs, and engage with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver on these goals">
  • - Create and implement processes for collaboration, buy-in, and knowledge-sharing across the global network">
  • - Support roll-out of global technology platforms into local programs, partnerships, and offerings">
  • Program Operations & Planning (30%)">
  • - Collaborate with program managers in project management and cross-functional engagement">
  • - Proactively engage cross-functionally within the organization, understanding other teams' priorities and how they fit with program goals">
  • - Support in identification, research, and advocacy for new centralized and decentralized program opportunities">
  • - Support engagement with external partners, including but not limited to Corporate Social Responsibility teams, sustainability & social impact organizations, and other peers that use our standards and tools">

About You

  • ">
  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in project/program management">
  • The ability to drive a process forward with a focus on collaboration with a complex network of stakeholders">
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex concepts and data into digestible pieces for a wider audience">
  • Global mindset, with proven ability to understand large and small differences across the global network, and customize approaches to address local and global realities">
