Role Overview:

As a UI Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take the lead in crafting thorough testing strategies and methodologies. This pivotal role is essential for guaranteeing the quality and dependability of our offerings, with a strong focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). While automation capabilities are highly regarded, the primary emphasis will be on sustaining a quality-oriented mindset that aligns with business objectives and managing client concerns through our service desk platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their quality assurance knowledge to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards in our fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional attention to detail, robust problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to excellence in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing overall product quality from both user and business perspectives, ensuring value delivery and meeting user needs.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects and issues, collaborating with developers for prompt resolution.
  • Engaging in all stages of the software development lifecycle, providing insights on requirements, design, and implementation.
  • Creating and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Conducting meticulous testing of UI and UX components.
  • Monitoring and addressing customer issues, diagnosing, documenting, and resolving problems, and escalating to development teams when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT, with at least 2 years in QA focusing on Front-end UX/UI testing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong grasp of best practices such as SOLID principles and clean code, emphasizing scalable solutions.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise: Extensive experience in code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Testing Proficiency: Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
  • Service Desk Knowledge: Familiarity with service desk tools and ticketing systems.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
