Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to high-quality code development, enhancing the overall product with input from the team.
  • Identify and address software quality, performance, and operational issues, promoting team-wide efficiency and collaboration.
  • Prioritize product iteration and development to deliver an exceptional customer experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, focusing on public consumer web applications.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies like React, Redux, and ImmutableJS.
  • Proficiency in back-end development using Ruby-on-Rails and Ruby.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and pair programming.
Nice To Have:
  • Familiarity with queue processing, 3rd party integrations, and event sourcing.
  • TDD experience and interest in functional-programming patterns.
