We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Job SummaryThis role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing Direct Patient Care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct resident assessments to identify needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Participate in daily rounding to ensure timely interventions and excellent customer service.
- Maintaining Accurate Records
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Working Collaboratively
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to residents.
- A valid Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure is required.
- One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
- CPR certification is required.
