We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional leader to join our team as a Center Medical Director.

Job Description:

The Center Medical Director will lead the clinical team at our center, providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical leadership roles, leading and coaching providers to achieve outstanding results. They will also possess a deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, including metrics-driven approaches and quality improvement initiatives.

As a Center Medical Director, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our organization's culture and values. You will inspire and motivate your team to provide the highest level of care to our patients, while also promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical team at the center and promote a culture of excellence in patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement organizational priorities and objectives.
  • Support the growth and development of providers through coaching and mentoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare delivery.
Requirements:
  • MD, DO, or APN/PA graduates with board certification in internal medicine or family medicine.
  • Experience in clinical leadership roles, leading and coaching providers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, including metrics-driven approaches and quality improvement initiatives.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
