About the Job
  • As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with team members to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • You will know when to escalate issues and seek support from senior team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Workday products, particularly HCM and specialist capabilities.
  • Excellent customer focus with experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to convey confidence and credibility in remote working situations.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to plan workload and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures, maintaining high quality and accuracy at all times.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, ensuring information security.
  • Willingsness to learn about subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements.
  • Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services.
  • For Application Management Services, able to deliver work meeting defined Service Level Agreements.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Workday HCM Certification.
  • Professional qualifications in area of expertise.
  • Experience in post-deployment services.
