Portfolio Management Expert

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, focusing on S/4HANA migrations and upgrades;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes;
  • Develop and implement effective project controls, monitoring, and reporting frameworks;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals, priorities, and resources;
  • Represent the organization at C-Level meetings, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • Proven experience in large-scale SAP implementation programs, preferably in portfolio management roles;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and Agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and cost control principles;
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements;
  • Experience working with diverse teams, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace;
  • Familiarity with industry-leading tools, technologies, and best practices in portfolio management and SAP solutions.
