Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SAP Portfolio Manager. The successful candidate will lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects and S/4HANA updates, manage multiple migration projects, oversee financial management, track project progress, and coordinate deliveries from shared teams in high-demand environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP projects, including large-scale implementation programs;
  • Strong experience in team management, deadline management, and time/effort estimation of activities;
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira);
  • Knowledge of project controls, monitoring, reporting, and risk management;
  • Experience in C-Level communication, representing the company in Executive Committees;
  • Clear and objective communication at different levels of the organization;
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, maintain clear communication with clients, and coordinate specialists to align and resolve issues;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Availability for travel.
