Regional Solution Architect

This role involves designing and overseeing the technical architecture of a platform across Latin America, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives. You will lead a team responsible for implementing this solution, working closely with both local and global stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the architectural design of the regional solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.
- Ensure high-quality technical delivery, quality assurance, security, and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology to enhance efficiency and customer value.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex regional solution designs, with proven success in collaborating with global teams and tailoring solutions to regional needs.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement technical strategies for regional or multi-country projects.
- Experience managing resources in dynamic environments, with excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish, and Portuguese as an asset.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with technological tools like Office 365, SQL, programming languages, and database administration.
