LATAM TBS is seeking a seasoned Regional Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture and implementation strategy of the TBS platform across the Latin American region.
This role ensures client implementations align with global standards, product definitions, and regional requirements. The Systems Architect will lead the LATAM technical configuration team, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and resource optimization.
Responsibilities include designing and leading the architecture of the TBS solution in LATAM, aligning it with global standards and business needs. Additionally, this role involves ensuring quality, security, and scalability across all implementations by establishing technical best practices.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience leading the design of complex regional solutions, collaborating with regional and global teams, tailoring solutions to regional needs, and acting as a mentor to others. Key skills include knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles.

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in regional solution architecture
