OverviewLATAM TBS Regional Solution Architect role at Aon.The Regional Solution Architect for TBS LATAM is responsible for defining and overseeing the technical architecture and implementation strategy of the TBS (The Benefit Solution) platform across the Latin American region.
This role ensures that client implementations are aligned with TBS global standards, product definitions, and regional requirements.
The Systems Architect will lead the LATAM technical configuration team, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and resource optimization.
Additionally, this role serves as a critical bridge between the platform's technical evolution and its business implications, working closely with the LATAM Employee Experience Manager and country-level consultants to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead the architecture of the TBS solution in LATAM, aligning it with global standards and business needs.Align technical solutions with business and regional objectives, collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all implementations by establishing technical best practices.Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology, integrating innovations to improve efficiency and customer value.What makes this opportunity differentAon offers flexible work with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as well as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly work environment, with opportunities to grow vertically and horizontally.Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success5 years of experience leading the design of complex regional solutions, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and standards.
Collaborates with regional and global teams, tailors solutions to regional needs, and acts as a mentor to others, promoting architectural best practices.Knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles.Proven track record in defining and implementing technical strategies for regional or multi-country projects.Experience leading technical teams and managing resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technological Tools: Office 365, and basic knowledge: SQL, programming languages, database administration.How We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
