Job Opportunity

The Regional Solution Architect for TBS LATAM is responsible for defining and overseeing the technical architecture and implementation strategy of the TBS platform across the Latin American region.

This role ensures that client implementations are aligned with global standards, product definitions, and regional requirements. The Systems Architect will lead the LATAM technical configuration team, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and resource optimization.

The position serves as a critical bridge between the platform's technical evolution and its business implications, working closely with the LATAM Employee Experience Manager and country-level consultants to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the architecture of the TBS solution in LATAM, aligning it with global standards and business needs.
  • Align technical solutions with business and regional objectives, collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all implementations by establishing technical best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology, integrating innovations to improve efficiency and customer value.

Requirements for Success

This position requires:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading the design of complex regional solutions, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and standards.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles.
  • A proven track record in defining and implementing technical strategies for regional or multi-country projects.
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and basic knowledge of SQL, programming languages, and database administration.
