As a Regional Solution Architect for LATAM, you will be responsible for ensuring that client implementations are aligned with global standards, product definitions, and regional requirements. You will lead the technical configuration team, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and resource optimization.

This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical evolution and business implications, working closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.

  • Design and lead the architecture of our solution in LATAM, aligning it with global standards and business needs.
  • Align technical solutions with business and regional objectives, collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.
  • Establish technical best practices to ensure quality, security, and scalability across all implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology, integrating innovations to improve efficiency and customer value.
">Requirements
  • 5 years of experience leading the design of complex regional solutions, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and standards.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles.
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing technical strategies for regional or multi-country projects.
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technological Tools: Office 365, and basic knowledge: SQL, programming languages, database administration.
