Key Responsibilities- Design and lead the technical architecture of LATAM operations, aligning it with global standards and business needs.
- Guide and manage the technical configuration team, optimizing resources and fostering innovation.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business and regional objectives.
- Establish quality, security, and scalability across all implementations through technical best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology, integrating innovations to enhance efficiency and customer value.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data integration, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proven track record in defining and implementing technical strategies for regional or multi-country projects.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing resources in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is an asset.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or project management (e.g., PMP) are highly valued.
