Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing human, technical, and financial resources of the focused plant, aligned with corporate policies and standards. Your goal will be to establish action guidelines in accordance with the business's strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve operational excellence by guaranteeing service level, competitive conversion cost, flexibility in operations, and defining strategic plans to support growth and development.
  • Establish a focus on the development of people, supporting their growth and promoting a transformational surrounding environment.
  • Lead continuous improvement of results, committed to the broad agenda of the organization's corporate programs.
  • Ensure austerity in the use of productive assets and manage responsibly the use of industrial equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have experience in managing people, processes, and advance knowledge of EHS and Quality systems. Additionally, advanced knowledge in Google tools and Microsoft Office is required. An advanced English level is also necessary.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in planning
  • Previous experience in industrial engineering
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • MBA
