Operational Excellence Leader

As a key figure in Talent Optimisation, you will contribute to the company's success by enabling a talent-driven culture through operational excellence. You will oversee the development and implementation of effective TA programs and systems.
Through collaboration with technology, HR, and the TA Leads, you will evolve the candidate and partner experience by implementing, sustaining, and optimising processes using lean improvement concepts and driving the right technology transformation and enhancements.
You'll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic brands. In this role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the health of Talent Optimisation, supply chain including demand planning, resource planning, reallocation of resources for scalability, driving economies of scale.
- Lead and drive process excellence and optimisation ensuring that we minimise hand-offs, eliminate duplicative work, provide a seamless and intuitive experience for stakeholders.
- Support standard global ways of working including policies as needed.
- Monitor all supply chain indicators for the region; provide early warning when the labor market dynamics are impacting the health of our supply chain.
