Key Responsibilities
  • As a key influencer, you will be the go-to escalation point for country operational concerns and shape the country's alignment with global standards and initiatives.
  • This role requires navigation of complexity, bridging Client Engagement, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and People + Talent into a unified, high-performing team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational hot spots across the country, partnering with Client Engagement, Operations Business Partners, and the Global Operational Excellence team.
  • Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to surface insights, driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Act as the country's escalation point for complex operational challenges, navigating cross-functional dynamics with transparency and trust.
  • Partner with Internal Audit to lead investigations and address areas of concern, maintaining full integrity in all actions.
  • Drive supplier relationship strategies anchored in fairness and commercial rigor, ensuring strict adherence to operational best practices.
  • Champion HH Global's values and culture, fostering a sense of belonging, pride, and open communication.
