We're seeking a seasoned expert in data engineering to lead the development of our core infrastructure.

About the Role
  • Design and implement real-time data pipelines with low-latency and fault tolerance, processing market data, user interactions, and agent logs.
  • Architect backend services powering agent orchestration, portfolio optimization, and execution, collaborating closely with quant researchers and AI/LLM engineers.
  • Optimize performance and cost efficiency across distributed systems running at scale, leveraging strong experience in distributed data processing and real-time streaming systems.
  • Mentor engineers and set technical direction for backend and data systems, defining best practices in CI/CD, observability, and system reliability.
Key Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in backend and data engineering, with a proven track record of building and scaling microservice architectures.
  • Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling for high-throughput environments, with expertise in deploying and monitoring ML/quant models in production.
  • Experience working in high-ambiguity startup environments, making architectural bets, and driving technical innovation.
  • Bonus: experience with blockchain integrations, financial data systems, or LLM-driven products.
