Chief Enterprise Network Specialist

This role involves working with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying and operating large-scale enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, access points, wireless controllers, and more.
- Deployment and operations of large scale enterprise network infrastructure
- Attending to assigned tickets, monitoring queues for services, adhering to the Incident & change management process
- Supporting services as per defined processes & guidelines, adhering to compliance
- Maintaining accurate inventory information as per defined processes
- Ensuring all audit required data are captured with respect to tasks executed
- Contribution to various technology documentation e.g. SOPs, design & configuration documents, project reports
- Staying updated on new trends and technologies, acquiring cross functional skills and sharing knowledge with the team
- Lifecycle management of products/services includes inventory management, contract management, design documents, SOP creation, incident management, problem management and service reporting (performance, capacity and availability)
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning
- Audit and process compliance and participation in Internal and External Audits
