We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and help us drive engagement and conversions across our social media channels.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of social media channels, including content creation, community management, and monitoring of social media analytics.
  • Work closely with the team to develop visually appealing and engaging social media content that is tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the Social Media analysts to analyze social media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand the reach of social media campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (including budget allocation, and creative development) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Lead a team of social media analysts, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • Oversee live events coverage.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Solid experience in social media management, with a focus on entertainment companies or agencies.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Emplifi, or Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret social media data to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting insights at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.
