  • To drive strategic change management initiatives and implement innovative solutions to optimize recruitment processes.
  • To oversee the transformation of our talent acquisition function, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
  • To utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • To collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure effective talent planning and streamlined recruitment processes.
