Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in data-driven marketing to spearhead our company's strategic growth initiatives.

This role involves leveraging analytical skills, data science methodologies, and technical acumen to drive business value through actionable insights and informed decision-making.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven strategies into performance branding initiatives.

  • Analyzing complex business problems and developing targeted solutions using advanced statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
  • Designing and refining data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with dynamic client business objectives and data engineering workflows.
  • Collaborating with media, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams to embed data-driven insights into performance branding strategies.
  • Communicating complex data findings effectively to clients and internal stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, preferably with a focus on marketing applications.
  • Strong background in Bayesian statistics, mathematics, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • Experience with optimization methods and cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Deep understanding of standard data science algorithms and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
