Data is fundamental to our success. The data engineering team develops database solutions for reporting, product analytics, marketing optimization, and financial analysis.

The successful candidate will focus on developing a reliable data aggregation layer and reporting structure to support our expanding business needs, enabling teams to access and analyze data independently.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining robust data models for analytical and product requirements
  • Collaborating with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop scalable solutions
  • Implementing and optimizing ETL/ELT processes for data quality and performance
  • Owning business KPIs, measurement plans, and reporting
  • Ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable reporting processes
  • Addressing ad-hoc reporting needs and automating processes where possible
  • Creating reusable, readable, and standardized report designs
  • Developing impactful dashboards using tools like Tableau or Sigma on large datasets
