Job Description

As an Analytics Engineer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and scaling our Operational Risk Database globally. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and global rollout of the database, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a robust Operational Risk Database that meets regulatory standards.
  • Assess and enhance the database architecture to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Translate complex data models into clear, structured datasets.
  • Implement data quality controls and governance mechanisms.
  • Integrate multiple data sources to create key indicators and risk models.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in analytics engineering, data modeling, and advanced analysis techniques. You should also have experience with Big Data and large-scale distributed systems, as well as proficiency in Python, Scala, or similar languages.

  • Strong understanding of deployment pipelines and CI/CD.
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms and tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS).
  • Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable strategies.

Our Work Model

Our work model is hybrid, with cycles of two to three months according to business needs. For every eight weeks of remote work, one week will be spent at the office.
