Reportando diretamente ao Human Data Lead/Engineering Lead, suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Criar, curar e anotar conjuntos de dados (texto, voz e vídeo) para treinar e avaliar LLMs.
  • Revisar, depurar e aprimorar código gerado por IA para garantir eficiência, escalabilidade e confiabilidade.
  • Colaborar com equipes técnicas para elevar benchmarks e práticas de engenharia.
O que você deve ter previamente?
  • Inglês avançado e fundamentos sólidos de CS (estruturas de dados, algoritmos, debugging).
  • 2+ anos de experiência preferencialmente em Python ou JavaScript (React é um diferencial); evidências em GitHub/projetos reais.
  • Experiência com DB/SQL e familiaridade com alguns de: Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, gRPC, AWS.
  • Conforto com tarefas de Human Data: anotação e, quando necessário, gravação de áudio/vídeo.
