We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Engineer to enhance our infrastructure operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Shift: Monday – Thursday 8AM – 7PM PST (11AM – 10PM EST) with rotating on-call support
- Daily monitoring and issue escalation as needed
- Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation for critical SaaS events
- Document issues and remediation steps for future reference
- Implement proactive monitoring within the EKS/K8S ecosystem
- Deploy applications to EKS/K8s clusters using Terraform and Helm
- Maintain and improve existing Docker Swarm infrastructure
- Enhance infrastructure health by creating checks and scripts to address known issues
- Maintain and develop deployment code
- Automate manual tasks for increased efficiency
- Integrate new technologies into our Cloud Infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional support and assistance
