Job Description

As a user experience designer, you will be responsible for creating experiences that work together, work the same, and work for our clients.

You will conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, interaction hierarchies, taxonomies, and prototypes.

You will contribute to delivering elements, interactions, and decisions that add value to the total user experience.

Facilitating and designing for the relational aspects across every part of the experience is also crucial.

Deep understanding of IBM's business strategies and goals is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, interaction hierarchies, taxonomies, and prototypes.
  • Contribute to delivering elements, interactions, and decisions that add value to the total user experience.
  • Command of human-centered design best practices.
  • Facilitating and designing for the relational aspects across every part of the experience.
  • Deep understanding of IBM's business strategies and goals.
  • Command of IBM brand's vision, systems, and documentation.
  • Help advance experience design at IBM.
  • Contribute to style guides, UI toolkits, and other design documents, as needed.
