Job Title: UX Designer

A UX designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of users. This involves conducting research, testing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct qualitative user experience research through contextual interviews and usability testing.
  • Develop product concepts that contribute to the user experience and interface efforts.
  • Create holistic low-fi and high-fi prototypes that showcase user flow and interactions.
  • Plan and conduct user research, user testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.
  • Resolve user pain points through effective design solutions.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Online collaboration platforms like Miro.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their application in real-world projects.
  • Knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies.
  • Experience contributing to and utilizing design systems.
  • Preferred qualification: experience with UI (user interface) design.
