Senior UX/UI Designer Position

As a key member of our innovative team, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop effective design solutions.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual elements that communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Conduct research, usability testing, and other user-centered design techniques to inform design decisions.
  • Evaluate designs against industry standards and best practices for UX/UI design.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and ability to work on an EST time zone.
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, and other related programs.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design and graphic design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred.
