Senior User Experience Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead our product design efforts and contribute to creating innovative user experiences.
This role is a blend of end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to polished interface design. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet our users' needs and goals.
- Develop intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically consistent interfaces for web applications;
- Lead user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis, to uncover insights and validate design decisions;
- Translate research findings into actionable design opportunities and product improvements;
- Partner with engineers during implementation to maintain design quality and fidelity;
- Collaborate with product managers to define scope, requirements, and success metrics for features;
- Present design concepts, research findings, and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role;
- Proven experience conducting UX research and synthesizing insights into design decisions;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to design complex workflows;
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and collaboration;
- Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices in design;
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
