Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, implementation partners, field sales, field services, product teams, support teams, and development teams across various regions and time zones to ensure successful customer engagements.
  • Work closely with empowered product teams to discover and deliver innovative solutions based on opportunities and problems to be solved, aligned with the overall product vision and strategy.
  • Manage individual customer demand for SAP Digital Manufacturing Dispatching & Execution and SAP IBP in a regional setup, ensuring a single point of contact for product success and product experience.
  • Compile SAP's product roadmap based on customer feedback, working closely with product and development teams.
  • Advocate solution readiness and innovations to drive adoption of SAP Digital Manufacturing Dispatching & Execution and SAP IBP, serving as the voice of the product for customers, sales, and presales.
  • Prepare and conduct expert testing on planned and future functionality of SAP Digital Manufacturing Dispatching & Execution, along with cross-functional products that deliver the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (Engineering) or equivalent education required.
  • Relevant experience in software innovation projects, product management, support, and customer-facing roles, such as functional consultants, solution architects, support, and presales.
  • Strong experience in professional software development and relevant working experience in the SAP environment.
  • Domain knowledge in manufacturing, planning, and/or logistics combined with strong analytical skills and technical expertise of SAP BTP-based cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams in multiple regions/time zones.
  • Ability to distill technical information quickly and prepare stakeholder-specific content with a business outcome in mind and customer focus.
